This place always seems crowded and long waits. When is a good time to go?...

You should make a reservation - I just called for a date 3 weeks in advance and they didn't have anything.

we went at about an hour before they closed and only waited i think 10 minutes which isn't a long wait at all for Serendipity. And it was in the middle of the week.

is one of my favorite movies. Oh wait... the restaurant? Love that, too. I waited probably 20-30 minutes and I think that is pretty good. I went pretty late, though.

if you must waste your money there, just go and get in line...we waited 2hrs at 2PM on a weekday
