Shhhh...don't tell anyone, but...

...our economy is getting better. The January jobs report has blown away all expectations, and job growth for 2011 was adjusted up by over 200,000 new jobs. For the fifth consecutive month, the unemployment rate has dropped; it's now at 8.3%. Still too high, but definiting moving in the right direction. There's nothing but good news in this report, but it will be interesting to see what spin the media puts on it.

Well first, they won't talk about it. I had to google it to find it this morning. Is it my imagination of were the "bad news" reports trumpeted rather loudly the last three years?

The Republicans will claim it as their own victory anyway, so the facts are irrelevant.
