Should World Heritage status be given to the Apollo 11 Lunar Landing location on the moon?

Even a better question is...should Congress waste time AND money on an actual bill for this?

The proposal has received a thumbs-down response from the Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) organization, based in Washington, D.C.

In a July 24 statement, the group gave Edwards and co-sponsor Johnson their "Porkers of the Month" honor "for straying so far from reality's orbit, wasting the taxpayers' money on the paper and ink on which H.R. 2617 is written, and engaging in sheer 'lunarcy.'"

Why did they need to make a pun out of "lunacy"? The root is already in there.

I like to deliberately miss the point sometimes.

Remember, this is the House of Representatives, which has 40 times now voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

Lunarcy is a bit of a break from all the lunacy.

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

The "It's Out of This World" Act. In every way.
