In tonight's season opener of "The Simpsons" Ned Flanders has the ability to see into the future. He looks at a marquee that advertises the new Rosie O'Donnell musical then sees it with a "closed after three weeks" sign on it. He says something to the effect of "That's no surprise".

It certainly wasn't as bad as I expected it to be.

I really felt like I only laughed 6-8 times during the simpsons last night, and that is pretty bad when I think back to past simpson halloween specials.

For the record, 3 show episodes such as Treehouse of Horror and Anthology of Intrest (Futurama) are by far the hardest to write.
