It turned from rain to snow a couple hours ago here in Queens (after sleet early in the morning). It's finally become the big fat flakes that are quite comforting to watch through the window. However, I'm already getting cabin fever so I think a jaunt out for some coffee and/or snacks is going to be in order soon.

Been snowed in awhile now on the shoreline in Fairfield County. Amazing that it started around 7 this morning. Made a big pot of chicken soup.

Nothing major here yet. It's funny too because the schools all closed for the day, when the reality is they could have done half a day and had it count.
