Yesterday was the first day I noticed the population increase at the gym. I guess folks decided to wait a week to get started. Last week was not that bad. It's so annoying.

I haven't been to the gym since Friday. I've been sick as crap. But I have lost 4 lbs. of water weight.

Posted: 1/13/10 at 3:01pmI tried very hard to start a new diet and exercise program....but after my 9-5 job, I'm racing to the theatre to rehearse a production of MACBETH, which opens next week. I usually get to sleep around midnight....and I'm lucky if I get about 6 hours sleep.
