I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred work-out. I died. But it hurts so good.

Yesterday was the first day I noticed the population increase at the gym. I guess folks decided to wait a week to get started. Last week was not that bad. It's so annoying.

I haven't been to the gym since Friday. I've been sick as crap. But I have lost 4 lbs. of water weight.

I tried very hard to start a new diet and exercise program....but after my 9-5 job, I'm racing to the theatre to rehearse a production of MACBETH, which opens next week. I usually get to sleep around midnight....and I'm lucky if I get about 6 hours sleep.
