Just started watching yesterday. I like the early rounds if there's some cool upsets.

OMG...the Shreikapova/Gruntzarena match was a nail-biter. Those two cannot stand each other so their stares across the net and side-eye glances while changing sides are always catty.
I'm fond of both players, just not the sound effects.
That said, I hope Serena comes thru for Team USA without having a meltdown again. I've overlooked her two big previous no-no's on court but if she shows out one more time, I'm going to have to defriend her.
On the men's side, with Fed out I'm on Team Nole by default.

Those "sound effects" were slightly annoying to me too. What is that howling all about, lol?
