Solution to the Private Message Problem?

I apologize if this has been posted, but I noticed many people complaining about PM problems (when you click on Send Private message button, a blank page just pops up) and referring others to e-mail instead. Some of you probably knew this already, but just thought I'd post.

You can get your PMs to work in one of two ways:

1) If you click the user's profile, there is "Send Private Message" link.

2) If they don't have a "View Profile" link under their user name, you can click on the user's icon and access their profile that way. If they don't have an icon, I am not sure what to do.

If you follow one of those steps, a separate PM window should appear.

I know Rob mentioned something on another thread about switching servers, and I saw people complaining about a problem with the PMs.

Anyways, it is working for me now. Wasn't this morning. So never mind.

The button hasn't been working for me either, but I am able to enter names in the "enter name to PM" box so that's another solution.
