right now, it's a commercial jingle: la la la la - la la la la, it's elmo's world!

for the life of me i couldn't figure out how elmo's song got stuck in my head. i was singing it for awhile and even got my partner singing it. then we were driving home from dinner and we had on the radio real low and i heard it!

it's a commercial on the radio for the "new elmo's world" at sesame place in langhorne, pa. i must have heard it and not really realized it. it got into my head and now it won't get out!

does this happen to you?

I'll tickle your Elmo.

Right now, it's (appropriately) "Can't Get You Out Of My Head", by Kylie Minogue.

I'm very, very gay today.

Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

i think jaily gets enough test tickles on his own - he doesn't need mine.

Baby, I Love Your Way/Freebird medley rolls in and paints a background now and again.

I tend to have several songs in my head at any given moment. Today's internal song list goes a bit like this:
"Start spreadin' the news...if that's movin' up, then I'm movin' out...every little step she takes...I'm not wearing underwear today...my unfortunate erection..."
Needless to say, it scares my friends a bit when I come out with this random stuff, though they can't say they're surprised. =]

I remember days
Or at least I try
But as years go by
They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky

And Starbucks will use the words 'large' and 'small', not pretentious crap like grande and tall.

"Shock Treatment" from the movie of the same title. I'm on sort of a Richard O'Brien kick.

"Sweet Painted Lady" by Elton John. My friends call my head the "inner stereo" because I switch songs extremely rapidly and randomly. Like yesterday I had "Ironic" by Alanis Morrissette stuck in my head, then without warning it was "I've Got Life".
