Okay, I need some sugestions for musicals that have about 12 people in them, because (sadly) that is the admount of people who are doing the musical this year ( i go to a very small school). we have a bit more girls then boys, and it has to have more the just two main roles. We want to choose the show early this year, so any ideas would be super!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofuRuthless! maybe would be fun
The Apple Tree! It's coming back to Broadway with Chenoweth. This show can be done with very few people or tons. It is divided in 3 acts and has 3 very different stories. Do a search, the first is Adam and Eve (by Mark Twain), the Lady or the Tiger, and Pasionella (modern Cinderella). The music is GREAT, there is a fantastic OBC on Amazon I listen to all the time. You can hear samples on Amazon.com
My favorite part of the show are the sets & costumes. While you can do the show without them, you can be totally creative and just crazy.

Children of Eden has a small cast and its a great show - each character plays several parts in several Bible stories - creation, the flood, etc..
