Steven's website has a link to donate in memory of his daughter to Steven's organization, which is designed to aid people in the process of adopting orphans overseas.

How awful! I saw him in concert a few times as a child and even as I've become more wary of the Contemporary Christian music scene, he's always struck me as an extremely genuine human being. My heart goes out to him and his family.

The video of his daughter that was posted on Perez made this even more upsetting--she was so cute. It really upset me when I heard this on the news last night when they first heard about it. I used to be a big fan of his. My thoughts are with his family and him.
