I know Namo will be very interested in this topic. This topic on another board forever earned me Namo's wrath for whatever reason
Will there be a transit strike a few months from now ? Weigh in with your thoughts

No no no. It wasn't the topic, it was your non-sensical leaps of logic whenever you bring up these things that I respond to. You know how you always predict dire outcomes that inevitably end with the death of Broadway? Everything from theater restoration fees, to the musician's contract, to hikes in subway fares, to Marc Shaiman kissing Scott Whitman on the Tonys to you name it were all, according to you, about to bring about the death of Broadway.
It's the fact that you focus on the tiny things, while the HUGE inequities in the political system (which you DO support) are the real reason the world is too expensive. But you should be happy, you knew for a fact that if Kerry had been elected we would be hit again by terrorists. Right? And now you feel safe and secure, physically and economically, under Bush, right? Katrina and the trillion dollar deficit are nothing to even think about, right?

You did not let me down Namo. I knew you would be the first to chime in. Pity I cannot read your response as I have you blocked
Ditto for JRB . I regret taking this action but if people cannot conduct themselves & respect other posters, I need not be subject to name calling so I was left with no choice.

Posted: 10/15/05 at 8:16pmThen we're both happy. I love people who goad others into a response and then call it predictable. Don't leave your pathetic withered meat lying around if you don't want the big dogs to come around and chew it up, that's what I say.

Oh how childish. I am sooooo sick of people alluding to "the posters that they have blocked ha ha ha aren't I slick because I have you blocked so I can instigate, but not suffer the reaction of your posts even though secretly I DO read everything you say as soon as I log out".
If you are going to block people, then do so and be done with them. But, I do realize that these words shall fall on deaf, stubborn ears.

Yes, because it's supposed to be General Hospital.
Why can't they show this either a) in two hours during news time, or b) on NY1 so people who WANT to watch, can. Why force us to listen to the same thing over and over when we're trying to watch something else?

Regarding the strike I really don't believe it will happen. I'm sure, just as they did in 2002, that they will reach some compromise at the eleventh hour and all be well on Friday. At least that is what I keep telling myself.

Posted: 12/14/05 at 4:18pmWell Roxy has me blocked too and can't read my response and if name calling is what bothers him then I just want to say that Mr Roxy is a big fat doodyhead.

Posted: 12/14/05 at 4:33pmRoxy has blocked nearly half the board. I wonder why he still hangs around if he has such disdain for the people here...

Posted: 12/14/05 at 4:54pmI didn't know there was a way to tell if someone else has blocked you~
#14re: Strike or No Strike ?
Posted: 12/14/05 at 5:00pmWell there isn't. But Roxy PMs the people he blocks to tell them he's blocked them, under the mistaken belief that they care.
