Winter break is finally here! I needed some time off...but of course I have tons of work to do.

Anyways...NO SCHOOL!

I bet the adults are just thrilled.

I have a little while to go still. I'm in 5th right now and can just play on the puter. But in 7th I have to write an essay. Then I have a school concert tonight which should be fun to do. THEN I'm free till the 10th. Th bids will be singing right along with me. :)

Only in 5th? Are you out west?

LOL. I am done at 2:42 PM. We only have 4 classes a day and an 1 1/2 hour lunch/study hall.

Yeah. It's block scheduling. 1, 3, 5, and 7 today. Part of the school doesn't have a 7th, but because I'm in the Music Academy magnet I do. I get out 3:04. Random time, I know. I don't know what LAUSD was on when they decided it. Then I'm back at 6:45 tonight.

I have block scheduling, also. You guys must do it differently.

Each class is 80 minutes and we have 4 a day. We take those 4 classes for 18 weeks. Then we take 4 new classes for another 18 weeks.

That sounds like a school my friend goes to. We have 1, 3, 5 one day then 2, 4, 6 th next. They're between 100 and 110 minutes. Then we have 7th each day for about an hour. Where are you on the East Coast?
