Cats. I loved it because I had nothing to compare it to.
Now that I've seen as many shows as humanly possible (and if I haven't seen it, I've listened to it....hey, we all have a limited budget ;p ) I realize Cats was...well...lets just say far from my favorite.

re: Students, what was your first Broadway show?

wellll....i've never seen a show on Broadway, since it's a bit of a trek from Toronto...but the first big staged show i saw was a tour of the Sound Of Music that came to Toronto about 9 years ago...Marie Osmond was Maria, and I loved it!

re: Students, what was your first Broadway show?

Cats. I was fairly young and I realy don't remember it. Listening to the music...well...I really don't like it now, lol.
A most ingenious paradox.

"Let the little girl go, and that poor little dog? Dodo." That's my favorite line in the whole show (Wicked). My next favorite line is "Oh! It seems the artichoke is steamed."

My first was Miss Saigon back in 2000 just weeks before it closed nad I missed Lea Salonga's return by about a week or two. I've seen twelve more since then. I've seen so many tours too!!
