The front page of the Sunday Styles section of the New York Times today has a large feature about people who take their own picture for their MySpace profile pic. There is a photo spread full of people in their bathroom mirror, or holding their camera/phone at arms length.

So obviously, being too dumb to work the timer on your digital camera is in this season.

And no one grew into anything new, we just became the worst of what we were."

I saw that last night. I thought it was interesting that they put so much emphasis on things like "most pictures are taken in someone's room because it's a place where teens can find themselves." Um, couldn't it just be because that's where the computer is!? :)
