Has anyone seen this show? I borrowed the box set of Season 1 from my mom yesterday when I went and visited her and she told me it was a really good series and pretty scary. So, I just watched the pilot episode and I must say that it is one of the, if not THE best pilot I have ever seen. Usually pilots are not as smart or the production is not as good as it does once the show gets picked up, but this one was great. Like the X-Files, it has a "motion picture" feel to it, instead of the feeling that you are watching a television show and, again like X-Files, the writing and direction (along with the acting) was spot on. There were moments that made me jump, which is pretty hard to do, and kept me on the edge of my seat. I read reviews where the episodes just keep getting better and better, and I can't wait to watch the rest. So, any fans?

Big Fan!!!! Are those two boys not completely delicous? It's one of the few shows I actually own ob DVD.

Posted: 4/8/07 at 7:04pmI was a huge fan of Jensen from back in his younger days (Days of Our Lives), so I def. watched the show in the beginning. Seeing his cute self, in the hot car, blasting Metallica.....Tink was in heaven. Unfortunately, they switched to Thursday nights and I'm not around.

I saw parts of season one on DVD.
I loved it.
I need to GET the DVD set of season one.

I personally enjoyed season 2 more than season 1. They finish shooting the season finale in a week or so.
I'm glad Supernatural has been picked up for a third season...I just wish CW would put Smallville out of its misery already!

I think I'm on the record as being THE Padalecki lover 'round these here parts, Tazber, so back off. 
I think the show's spotty but it does an overall very good job. They got a lot better at writing the brother relationship between Sam and Dean, although I swear a gay guy's writing all of their arguing scenes because they look like they're setting up to be one of those porn sequences where they're fighting and then *cue 70's music*.
Again, it's spotty but they usually right themselves after one lackluster episode and I really enjoyed the season finale. PLus, I really loved the addition of the "homebase" with Ellen's Roadhouse, although I think something's up with Ellen.

Posted: 5/25/07 at 10:33amnever! while i like to refer to supernatural as "boy charmed" due to the open and shut scooby-doo ending episodes and monster-of-the-week tendencies, i would never suggest that mssrs. padalecki and jensen have the acting prowess of ms. milano, ms. combs, or that darn cat.

Posted: 5/25/07 at 9:17pmI think SUPERNATURAL is better than CHARMED and I have only seen season 1 on dvd, but it is already one of my favorite shows. I can't wait until season 2 comes out on DVD.
