TCM Remembers 2013

My friends and I used to laughingly (yet reverently, believe it or not) refer to the Oscar tribute to all who passed away as the "Dead Reel." They always leave people out. They always pick random names from so many talented folks in the industry.

But each year, TCM puts together their own video tribute, called "TCM Remembers."

I just watched this and it brought a tear to my eye. Beautifully done, comprehensive, inclusive, and classy. Just like TCM itself.


Here's to those we lost in 2013.

This is my first post so, my apologies, but I don't know how to post a new message ... what I'm wanting to ask is, is there a printed version of the names of those who passed away in 2013 (and/or in the past years)? This video was nicely made ... I have a vision condition and it's difficult to read the names as they pass along. Thank you.

Nicely done.

My God--how some actors are able to create a character that lives on, indelibly. I guess that's part of the miracle of film-making.

I forgot Eileen Brennan had died--I'm sad all over again...
