Now, now, gang, the last time we ganged up on Ashleee (after the ORange Bowl fiasco, I imagine) we were greeted with the following retort from a poster who's name I forget, even though their words live on forever.

No, I am not making this up. No, I have not edited it in any way, shape or form. This is EXACTLY what they said, in toto.

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE! YOU OUTTA BE A SHAME OF YOURSELVES! Why on earth would you want to even start a petition to stop Ashlee? Why not start one of someone who is a bad influence on children. Ashlee is one of the best singers out there. I've been a fan of hers since 7th Heaven and she is very talented and I am looking forward to what happens next. How would all of y'all feel if you have a record deal like her and you ended up lip syncing because your doctor told you not to sing for a few days or so. Then you had to perform that same day or the next day and voice over messed up. How would you feel if everyone started to boo you and trash you on the internet, TV, magazines, and anything else where people read? I can't personally even imagine how she feels when everyone trashes her. No one knows how she feels away from the media and you know that she will never show it. Don't forget she is also human and do make mistakes. All famous people are humans no one is perfect. All this bad mouthing, petition trashing things that y’all are doing to this poor girl is y’all expect her to be perfect. For your information a lot of singers uses voice over when they have doctors orders or they are too sick to sing but those are the singers who put there fans before there own health. Those are the singers I have the up most respect for and I hope that others take after them too."

I don't like either of the Simpsons... so I would appreciate it if they both stopped. They both can't sing and I can't stand that Ashlee pretends to be all punk when she isn't.

I like Jessica, but its not fair that Jessica was so hot they ave her sister a career. Ashlee has no talent, and shes obviously the biggest poser "My life has been so hard" yeah, and your sister becoming a millionaire while you were still in middle school probably didnt help either.
