THE WHITE STRIPES: Thoughts?

What are your thoughts on the quirky rock group THE WHITE STRIPES.

I think it's somewhat amazing that they created a song (SEVEN NATION ARMY) that I was able to play on a guitar without actually knowing how to play one or even read music. Definite props for that.

Not a big fan, although I can certainly appreciate what they can do with just two instruments.

That said, I love their Jolene cover.

I know next to nothing about the White Stripes, but the Loretta Lynn album Jack White produced a few years ago is fantastic.
