TMZ: Lil Wayne hospitalized for seizures, released

If their story is anywhere near the truth, it doesn't look good. Appears to be drug induced seizures.

This is a terrible thing for friends and family to go through. My prayers go out to them.

But is it terrible to say that I'm not that surprised?

Such a tragedy when so much talent is taken so young. Wayne leaves behind 4 kids, the oldest of which is 15. He accidentally shot himself the first time when he was 13. He was the first Rap artist to "Perform" at the CMA awards when he played "Air Guitar" during Kid Rock's performance of All Summer Long.

He often collaborated with other artists adding in a brief rap or interjection to a song, giving him a record breaking 109 Billboard top 100 appearances, beating out Old Schooler Elvis Presley.
