I'm interested in it, but I don't know too much about it... I've heard the famous "Send in the Clowns" a whopping one time. Maybe listening to the CD would get me more excited.

Unfortunately, I am not a musical theatre student. I'm an Opera/Vocal Performance major. But yes, I'm already prepping for college auditions, so technically I am.

I wish we had an Opera major at my school so hard. Musical Theatre's great but I'd love to be able to major in both right now. Ah, well. My Opera Elective will have to do.

Not a lot of schools have an Opera Performance major. You'd have to major in classical voice. I wish more schools had it, so I wouldn't be just studying Mozart and other boring baroque music and its structure.
I'd rather be an MT major. I think Opera is boring, the singers all sound the same, the music is repetitive, and none of the people can ACT. I have found love and passion out of MT, but my voice teacher says me and musical theatre is like "fitting a square into a round hole" :/
