I had about 11 virtual pets and my mom would have to take care of them while I was at school and my brother and I would yell at her if one died.

I had a Furby too. It woke up in the middle of the night too many times so I took his batteries out and he doesn't work at all anymore. I hated that thing. It reminded me of this Teddy Ruxpin reading bear that I had that I was horrified of.

Wait a second LadyG---Third grade? I am 18, and I was in 5th/6th grade when the Tamagotchis came out. And I thought you were a big time star!

Anyway, I had only the one Tamagotchi, but I plan on getting one of the news one--just to relive the magic. I hated Hated HATED Furby!

But I had this talking Mother Goose when I was about 2, and I remember I broke her because when she told a story, he mouth would move---and I would try to quiet her by holding her mouth shut.

I had the mother goose! Oh I loved that so much! I think it had some goslings too, that came with it.

I was the first kid to have Pogs in my school.

I still don't understand the concept of them.

I had 2 tomagotchies and one digi-pet. I think the pet was a dog or something...

But I LOVED pogs! You weren't cool unless you had pogs! I had hundreds of them in several pog cases. What happened to those? I don't think they had a point, but they were really cool!

I have my books and my poetry to protect me...

I have a bunch of pog tubes and a book full of them. i was a major collector.
