I saw someone texting while riding a bike and I was like "You're kidding me". But I wasn't really surprised.

Maybe instead of banning people from texting they should just make it legal for motorists to run them over or other pedestrians to knock them down.

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)

^ Haha! I always have the urge to do that to people in my area if they aren't paying attention and walking too slowly because they are texting. Even the cell talkers are slow too.

Instead of giving the $120 to the city they should give it to whomever they knocked over.

Going back to my original example at the Broadhurst. It was the end of the show so the staircase was filled with people. So, had I fallen I would have knocked over whomever was behind me, they would have knocked over whomever was behind them, and so on. With my rule the texter would have to give us all $120.
