Two weeks ago I bought the following flavors of Propel to try:
- Melon
- Lemon
- Grape
- Berry
- Tropical Citrus
I worked out finally this week and used the waters. I found that while I liked the flavors (except for Melon), the water did not quench my thirst at all. In fact, in made me even more thirsty. It made my body need REAL water even more.
A total waste of money. What's the point of buying it if you'll need to bring a bottle of REAL water anyway?

I might as well slurp corn syrup if I wanted to drink this stuff.
The grape flavor is the absolute worst. Can you say cough syrup?
It tastes really disgusting.
Strawberry Kiwi. :) To be honest I never drink the stuff when I work out, nothing beats my nalgene. Well it isn't really all that sweet, it's some sort of artificial sweetner....sucrose isn't it? I don't mind the melon, the berry sort of blerg. Never bothered to try grape, artifically flavored grape reminds me of dimeatap (sp?)
I don't mind grape. Berry is OK. The one I like the best is Tropical Citrus. But I might as well put orange peels in my bottled water.
Never had the tropical citrus before, but I usually have it when I'm in the mood for something sweet, the concept of "fitness water" is beyond me. It's only 15 calories per 8 fluid ounces if I remember correctly. But a lot of people don't like the flavor of it. There are supposedly vitamins in it as well...
I don't know how good it is as "fitness water", but it is great for a hangover.
