I like the campaign, makes me more willing to go out and try their product because it's tested by "real" women, not sticks!

It is about time we see models who had more than a tic tac for lunch. Bodies are beautiful in every shape and size.

There was just an acticle on this campaign in the Chicago papers- Dove is catching grief from all sides. Some people are attacking the "Real Women" for still being models, albeit, larger than the regular women featured but still not "REAL women" at all. Meanwhile, morning Zoo radio is attacking the "Fat Pigs" and getting people to call and complain about the offensive ad campaign. Here in Chicago I have seen many defaced boards with things like "I ate the model that belongs here."

Personally, I'd like the see the DJ's that are criticising the women in these ads. Most Morning DJ's are nothing to write home about in the looks department-- there's a reason people go into radio and not TV.

I think the ads are nice, but those women really aren't average in any way. They are certainly more accurate representations of beauty than the usual models!

The really pale one still looks skinny to me. For some reason, you are supposed to have dark skin in order to be big and beautiful.
