Phil Gramm as Treasury secretary? Talk about a nightmare.

If not for his 'whiners' gaffe, Gramm would have likely been McCain's nominee for SecTreas. He is responsible for McCain's economic policies. That is, the policies McCain promoted up until two weeks ago, before he morphed into a regulator.
