To Beacon1: Any man in uniform
To the group: This message board is incredible! True story ... I received confirmation of Walli's FedEx package delivery from this site BEFORE the FedEx tracking!
Damn, I love show folk.

Posted: 6/29/04 at 8:42amIt is a shame she was robbed of her womanly parts, because her genetics should be passed along to future generations. Can you imagine the bidding wars for puppies from such an esteemed line? Ah, there's still hope for cloning. Perhaps a cheek swab?

"pictures of puppies?!?!? unfair advantage!!!"
Talk about unfair advantages, I don't post under my real name or identity. If you came on here as just some common shmoe, Mishka would beat Walli hands down.

orion darling, you're never a 'common shmoe'.
You're just not a celebrity, dat's all! :)

#264Weekend with Woo!

Well as a matter of fact I DID get to spend a dream weekend with Woo, little did I know I'd fall so fast and so hard for a girl..dog.
It's always a thrill to get an invite to the fabled Hamptons, let alone one from the AMAZING Marc Shaiman, but somehow fate smiled down on me and I was able to hobnob with a musical genius, me, lil' Eddie Varley, twisted nobody/beloved BWW icon..
BUT how could I know that WOO would be waiting for me?!
As we pulled up to the shimmering beach house we were greeted by the coterie of servants who maintain the grounds of Chez Shaiman, we were whisked past the gaggle of fans and onlookers who crowd the estate morning, noon and night...to the Great Room as it is called, Marc was out swimming his morning laps so we were given a grand buffet of seasonal fruits and Entemann's Original Recipe Chocolate Chip cookies and told not to touch anything.
Just then, SHE entered, she knew I was smitten as she bounded up to sniff my leg, Woo then me gave a heart stopping doggie smile and I nearly fainted, this was the love I had dreamed of,the hope of a full and bursting heart, the rest of the weekend was a blur to be honest, it was all running on the beach with Woo, playing fetch with her AMAZING collection of sticks, sneaking her a hot dog off the grill, sitting watching a movie as Woo snuggled beside me, and finally drifting off to slumber as she gave me a kiss and bounded off to sleep with her beloved Master..I won't soon forget my weekend with Woo!
In> all seriousness, she is an AMAZING dog, the highlight was her "digging" for a cool spot as we sat on the beach, I feel lucky to have had the chance to spend some time with her, when Marc told us the wonderful story of how she came into their lives, nobody blinked an eye at the price tag as she is truly priceless, but I'd be remiss without saying that there is also a sweet and sassy little kitty who shares the Shaiman/Wittman summer home too!

sssssshhhhhh!!!
I've been hiding Walli's new found fame from Ree-Ree the Himalayan...if she were to find out, there would be hell to pay!!!
believe me, Ree (short for Aretha) is quite a beauty, worthy of her own thread, but she just hasn't had the press that Woo has!

I know... the press has been fabulous, especially lately...
Did you know what the most searched IMDB listing over the past 7 days has been?
You guessed it:
#269Welcome to Woo Woo
Posted: 6/29/04 at 1:16pmHopefully Ree-ree doesn't have an Internet connection!

I contacted IMDB, and they were willing to make the change.
They thank you for the compliment!
#272Welcome to Woo Woo
Posted: 6/29/04 at 1:55pmMaster, I'm as common as they get. In fact, right now I'm sitting in the trailer with the tuna casserole with potato chip topping baking in the oven. LAUREN BACALL is coming to dinner and it's one of her favorites.

Ree is aware of the Woo craze. It's rough for her.
She has good moments and bad moments.
We all feel your pain, sweet Ree.

Did I mention how wootastic Woo is when she's jumpin' and splashin' in the crisp surf? And what other dog is really, REALLY good at Running Charades?!
And that imdb listing is truly a wonder, AMAZING job ck!
