Posted: 1/29/06 at 7:38pmI rented the remake last night and thought it was "ok" until the very end which made me go WTF? That ruined any chance of it being good in my eyes. The original, while not the best horror movie, is 100 times better in every way.

Posted: 1/29/06 at 8:51pmI totally agree. The previews to this one seemed so creepy, but the whole pirate thing just made me laugh. A really bad movie. It always seems like Selma Blair just can't win! The only times i really enjoyed her was in Cruel Intentions and The Sweetest Thing.
