And can I point out this thread is about appreciation of gay men NOT gay men who hang out in bars and are sex-fiends? If that's what you read into being gay, you need to re-think your own presumptions. If you're gay and you view gay men that way, I feel very sorry for you.

Stop worrying about what I'm doing -- focus instead on what you're eating.

there IS alot of self-hating going on and seems like alot of folks finding it hard to get laid in NYC--you must not be trying to hard...try walking 8th ave after the sun goes down..i have a great bf, so i'm not in the market...and yes, NYC is competitive for gay men, but that's the price of living in a city where you can do and be whoever you please...and if you're an actor, you got even MORE competition...
