And it's really too bad. It's such a fun number. The version at the Theater des Westens in Berlin was a knockout!

I have just one question:

Of anything they could have chosen, why do they wear leiderhosen?

Thread-Jack - cheezedoodle, I adore your avatar.
Makes me think of Bette standing outside Blanche's room covering her mouth and laughing.

Back to NINE.
I loved the original cast on Broadway but I really adore the revival cast and production. It should not have closed. I need to see it again.

I'm going to blast "In a Very Unusal Way" in my apt in a few minutes.

re: The Germans at the Spa

Thanks Glebby! I loved the original, and really regret not getting to see the revival. I love Lillianne Montivechi on the original cast - she comes to San Francisco a lot doing Cabaret rooms and also Teatro Zinzani. Wonderful woman!

re: The Germans at the Spa

Not sure why I didn't see the original more than once. I saw Sweeney original three times.

But the revival should be running.
How gorgeous was it?
Where is that set?
Chopped up for firewood?
