Ralph Fiennes in his most notable comic role for In Bruges was inspired. It appears he has a real 1930s comedy actor scoundrel thing going on. Really looking forward to this.

Tilda's makeup is incredible. I look forward to seeing this also.

The great thing with human brains is they're fanless, nice and quiet although I'm sure mine whistles a bit sometimes.

I wonder if it will be hip and quirky.

I have seen the trailer in theaters about 6 times now, and each and every time I cannot believe the amount of audible reaction that the audience gives. I'm talking belly laughter...from about EVERYONE. This has to be one of the best movie trailers that I have ever seen. It brilliantly condenses the humor and tone of the film.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Surprised it hasn't registered with the award season as of yet, at least that I've noticed. Then again I'm judging merely by the trailer and how promising it is.

I don't believe it's part of awards season at all. It's not opening anywhere until March 7.

Yeah, it's a March release, Anderson's films tend to never be released in the fall/winter but mostly in springtime, but there is speculation it will premiere at the major festivals i.e. Berlin or Cannes.
