You must have missed Matt's rant about his ushering job. It's the thread he started where he continuously bitched about the patrons he encountered. Pity the souls that asked for his assistance, especially for locating a lost item or finding their seats.

...and Matt, I'm glad to see your first post is gone. If this was my board you'd be banned for using that type of language. Unacceptable.

He doesn't usher at the Al Hirschfeld, does he?

Had a horrendous experience there when we took my dad, who is in a wheelchair, to see Wonderful Town. They were all so downright rude and unaccomodating.
