Four and a half days because school ends at eleven for me tommorrow- exams. Whoo! I'm ridiculously well-rested from going to bed so early and I'm dying to tear up the bandwith with my favorite internet cohorts again.
On a sadder note, my mother has withdrawn her promise to take me to the Rent tour for my birthday.

She likes to remind me that I'm not the only member of the family and I can't get everything I want, which is why we go to Cedar Point on vacation because she likes roller coasters instead of New York and why I can't leave Ohio for school because it's too expensive but my dad can have a new top-of-the-line computer/big screen TV/other gadgets and why I basically live in my room because they're always nitpicking at me and I'm not allowed to disagree with them.
/end rant.
I understand that I can't have it all, but this is a big birthday... it's supposed to be...

Thanks guys... I don't see it happening though. Maybe they'll at least wise up and give me money instead of the usual 'but we want you to have something to open!' spiel that ends in a bunch of useless gifts. I know things could be worse, but it's kinda the damper on my day. *sigh*
