Awww. But meeting him in itself is awesome enough to make up for it, no? I'm still grinning like an idiot.
Oh, absolutely.

Stokes is one of the greatest people on the planet. We've been fortunate enough to spend quite a bit of time with him at benefits here in LA, and I've met VERY few people that are as gracious, warm, caring and giving as he is - a TRUE gentleman, from the inside out.
And that VOICE - *SWOON*
Even his speaking voice is swoon-worthy.
So many actors are definitely friendly and my meeting with Stokes was very brief because in my shyness I had next-to-nothing to say to him, but he just exudes this wonderful, sincere warmth that was really refreshing to see in the automatron stage door scenario.
I want him to come back to Broadway!

Conversely, I want him to keep doing benefits in LA
That's the benefit of having him as the president of the Actor's Fund - we all get to enjoy him!
And I just simply HAVE to mention that I think he's HOT, HOT, HOT!
ME TOO. I think he's quite attractive. And he has such a lovely smile!
My mom and I went to see one of his solo concerts like... two years ago. One of my favorite theater memories, by far.
He's also a much better speller than my favorite of the three.

He and Reba are redoing the SOUTH PACIFIC thing here at the Hollywood Bowl this summer - I can't wait! I just hope I live through him singing "This Nearly Was Mine" live
No particular reason, but just so you know, I can fit into a medium-to-large duffle bag. And I like R&H.

Honey, come on out! It's the first weekend of August, and we have a pool
Warm weather sounds amazing right about now.

Well, it's actually warm here NOW, if you need a break
I'm off sweetie - nice chatting with you!
Bedtime for me too. Likewise, as always!
I didn't actually go up to Stokes after Bee (really have to get over my weird shyness that I've never had before), but I stood in the small mob around him. He was very patient and kind to each person that stopped him from leaving, lol!
I actually thought about seeing Stokes in Sweeney this summer when I woke up this morning, and kind of planned what I wanted to say to him about Ragtime if there's a stage door scenario (though I'm sure he hears about it all the time). It seems like he's such a wonderful person. And yes, incredibly talented and HOT.
I don't feel well today.

Awww, feel better!
I had a dream that I had the flu. What a weird thing to dream about.
*Hugs sweetestsiren so she'll feel better*
Speaking of dreams, I had one about Mr.Esparza last night. So Raul was my drama teacher, and he brings me up to the front of the classroom. He says "You're too shy chica, loosen up a bit!" So we tango down into the hallway and everyone cheers us on. After that he looks me up and down, and says "No, no, your still too bashful; what's your problem???" So then he goes on and shows me how to do the 'bend and snap' movement from Legally Blonde. "It'll help you find your life partner! It did for me..." Then he winks at me, and poof! I wake up.
This is one dream I will probably have an EXTREMELY hard time getting out of my head.
Aw, Raul dreams. Raul bending and snapping - now that's priceless!
Stokes... I have only good things to say about that man. He remains one of my favorite people.
lol, brina.
Hee, skittles sent me my picture with Stokes last night; he is so freaking tall. I'm barely up to his shoulder and he's bending down!
I'm so jealous of everyone getting to meet Stokes; I love that guy to death!

My dream last night involved me being pregnant (no, I didn't actually have sex in my dream, you dirty birds) and having a deformed child. I am not kidding. I kept waking up and going back to sleep only to find myself having the same dream.

Isn't it if you dream about pregnancy/birth that it is a premonition that someone will die? And if you dream someone will die it actually means someone will get pregnant? Not that I believe in all that crap, but I think that's what I heard.

Hah, thanks Tink! Now I feel AMAZING.
I do what I can, lol! =)
I've always found dream interpretation so interesting. It's probably because I always have really bizarre dreams!
Here you go, Lexi. It doesn't sound all that bad..
To dream that you are pregnant- symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it. This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.
To dream that you are giving birth to a non-human or deformed child- If you are not expecting, then it refers to your fear in the outcome of some decision or project. You are trying to overcome difficulties in your life and achieve inner development.
