For what it's worth, I felt Tim, in the handful of times I've seen him live, was much better then than in the clips. Maybe it's because the staginess is really apparent in a video. Updated On: 3/18/07 at 02:37 AM

Lord knows I love Adam, but I have actually seen some other Rogers that I liked.
BUT, those Tim Howar clips were just brutal.
me too, definetly. But yeah, those clips...
I don't know, something about him rubs me the wrong way sometimes
Motortink, is that Adam in your avatar? where is that from?
I have to say, I kept hearing how great Tim was, I just didn't see it in the clips. he was okay. but..., still, Adam is IT for me.
I am looking forward to seeing the tour in May. wonder what I'll think of that Roger, Declan.
Robin - My avatar is a wonderful screen cap of Chloe's. It is Adam at the rehearsal for the Hair Actors Fund Benefit.
That shirt (or a similar one) seems to have been a favorite. This isn't a screencap, and I'm not sure what gig it is - probably one of those to promote Model Prisoner.
I liked Tim better as Marius in the Les Mis' tour . I can't believe that I actually remember the show it was so long ago; but he was the one who stood out for me. But Siamese is right, I've seen better videos of him as Roger. There is one particular One Song Glory that was absolutely amazing, but I think they took it down.
I think my hubby had those same pants at one point, lol!!

thank you! I hear so many people say that Adam and Anthony were def not the best as Mark and Roger - which is fine, I mean its opinion. But still, I'm so suprised! Lots of ppl think Tim is the best Roger, but I don't know.
So I watched Aida again last night, and I'm sorry but the guys' costumes really look like Iron Chef meets Miami Vice circa 1980
Hah, the best part of that second picture is the god-awful red plaid shirt (tied around his waist in true 90's fashion, no less!).
I missed Tim by a week or so when I saw Rent last year, and haven't seen it since. I've heard good things about his Roger and sort of want to catch the show again while it still has a somewhat good cast.

I know, Adam is such a 90s fashion model. I remember tying those flannel shirts around my waist....oi vei
I want to see the show again in the spring but I am just wondering what the cast will be like by the time I get around to buying tickets
Yeah, me too. I'm seeing Rent this Sunday because we're in New York for a long weekend.
My internet is down, and accessing everything through AOL dial-up is definitely taking more patience than I have.
Oh man, too many bad memories with dial up. Thank goodness my dad finally gave in and upgraded to high speed. I remember one time it took me THREE HOURS to watch a 3 minute film clip on 'the video site that must not be named'. But have fun seeing RENT on Sunday Ariella!

dial up....
speaking of the 90s!
I remember back in the day it took me like half a day to download the Titanic trailer from entertainment tonight. now THATS committment!
Rent is comimg to Seattle in May, so I'm curious to know if any of you ladies know anything about the touring cast.
I agree with the costumes in Aida, some odd choices...

oops, sorry I totally forgot.
Anyway -- wasn't expecting Frenchie to have that long of a clip, now I am wondering what Day 30 will be
he is SO silly! gotta love him!
Um, we're not really supposed to be linking to youtube on this site. They'll shut us down.

Oh, please edit that.
I'm a little late to this but nice collage of Adam pictures, siamese dream! I like Adam's new look a lot too.
Tim's video doesn't capture his best side. I saw him twice in Rent and thought, at least the second time, that he was very good. He was also very sweet when I met him.
Today Frenchie Davis is on...
Did anyone check out a-p.com? It was updated...
Take it out, please, Misschung? Linking to that site could get this thread deleted.
Well, the couple times I saw Tim in the Les Mis tour, I couldn't stand him there either. As I learned more about him, saw that he claims to be more of a "rocker," I thought maybe that Les Mis just wasn't his type of show.
Turns out, I guess, I'm just not a fan. *shrugs*
My 2 cents for the day...Adam can pull off a wifebeater better than anyone. In fact, I think he should pull it off more often.
I will fully support you on that MYB!
I'll drink to that (chugs down Blackberry Izzie)
I don't think you'll find many objections, MYB.
Somehow a very normal conversation with my mother just ended with her listing reasons why Raul is better and sexier than Adam and her offering to buy me two tickets to see Company again because she feels so strongly about it. That's so..not her. I'm really confused.
