I really want to find out why Adam didn't like the producers now that I know that the fans didn't like them. He's said in two different interviews that they didn't have a good relationship.

Wow, what a picture fest. Sorry it took me a while. First part seven was still allowing me to post when I guess the rest of you were shut out, which is kind of weird. Then I kept getting an error message when I tried to start the thread.

I think there are several times he's mentioned they didn't get along (that's why he did London to help clear the air). I know a few things he didn't agree with, ie the clothing line, etc. I always got the impression at least part of it was he didn't agree with some of their decisions as far as all the marketing/promo/press, etc.

Well, first Adam was against the move to Broadway, though he later changed his mind. Don't know when that happened though. He also didn't like the Bloomingdale's tie-in. It could have gone deeper - contract negotiations or getting time off.

The Bloomingdale's thing makes me laugh a bit because he, along with the rest of the movie cast, showed up to promote their new line of Rent-related clothing last fall. I wonder how well it sold.

The baby carrier is making me laugh so hard, although I feel kind of... intrusive for posting it.
