Sometimes, my mother is such an amazing source of unintentional comic relief. She just IMed me to tell me how cool it is that the building she has to mail my housing deposit for next year to is the same building where I currently live. Which is cool, except that the address she mentioned is a good 10-15 blocks from where I live. She then proceeded to blame her confusion on the fact that both addresses have the same zip code.
Hehe, Billboard.
Me too, Mandi. The embalmer singing "You Raise Me Up?" You can't make this sh*t up!
Ow, that chick just killed my ears with those Christmas carols.
Me too. In the interview before the performance, she seemed confident in the way that the good singers are, not the delusional awful ones.
Why can't you watch it, skittles?
OH SH*T THEY JUST SHOWED THE FREAKY ALARM CLOCK COMMERCIAL!!! *hides under desk*

I agree with Chloe that it's interesting to hear the evolution of his music. I enjoy his vocals on the older songs that I've heard, but the lyrics tend to be kind of dark and "out there" for my tastes.
Now that I've had plenty of time to study it (snorfle), the photo on the CD insert has an interesting angle. The three other guys in the band are all standing and all wearing sunglasses and shoes. Adam is barefoot and barefaced, and sitting in a chair, holding a remote and looking at a TV. They're all looking way cool, but he doesn't so much. It's like he was already separating from them. (It was recorded in 1994.)

I love his old sound, current sound, and all the sounds in between. He's so talented, and I love hearing him do more hard rock, because I love the genre.
BTW I just finished Anthony's book- WOW is all I'm gonna say. I need my friend who is reading it to finish like NOW so that we can discus it, lol. It's so great guys, you are gonna love it!
