When does it say it'll ship? Do you have a Barnes and Noble or Borders nearby? You could always go and start reading it in the store.

It says it's shipping on the 7th, and I should get it on the 8th. ($4 Next Day Delivery! Woo!)

I was about to order it from Walmart.com until I realized that a. I'm not that desperate and b. I also ordered a DVD from Amazon at the same time, so I don't want to have to cancel that order, only to have to reorder the DVD. Besides, it would only be here about a day earlier than the Amazon order.
