I'm back in the city, but I feel like DEATH. Worst car ride ever. 
Cramps, paired with waves of nausea. And there was no ibuprofen at home, so I had to do it unmedicated. Now I've got my pills and my hot water bottle, so the death feeling should be passing soon.
