I am so lucky, I used to not have any friend who liked musicals, but when I got to college I met someone who loves Broadway as much as I do and we can talk about Rent and everything else for hours.
You all made me run out of bubblewrap. My grandmother made me a Mark scarf. Except I wanted light blue instead of white because I'm girly and like blue. My grandmother made it before her cataract surgery, so she really couldn't see out of her right eye. So my scarf has character.
Ugg, am I the only one who gets annoyed with people who are all "OMG it's MY icon!!!!" It's not like it has their picture in it! More than *gasp* one person can have an icon! If anything it is a compliment- as long as the person isn't like saying that they made it or something.
Crazy! Raúl is this interesting hybrid of Mark and Roger. I can see him playing either one with equal success, although I lean towards Roger (probably physically). Didn't Norbert play both parts at some point? He's another that I can see going either way.
Heh, Buffy is great. That one isn't credited either. But I've had it for like two years, so whatever. If someone gets annoyed about THAT one I'll be very perturbed.
Lol, this is why I take pictures, cut them, and use that- no worries! Although my friend is gonna show me how to credit icons soon, so then maybe I'll get some real ones. I still don't get what the big fuss is about though.
You put it in the comments section of the icon I think.
I think people just don't like it when they take the time to make something and then people use it without letting other people know who really made it, which is what just did/am doing, heh. Shh, don't tell.
Yeah, I knew that various actors had covered both parts. I just couldn't decide which was more appropriate for Raul... Jon in ttB is very Mark-like in some respects, but I can sort of see Raul more as Roger overall.... it's very perplexing. He's not quite right for either part, but I think he'd do a good job.
I can't really visualize him as either, probably because he could easily pull off either Mark or Roger. He just gets so engrossed in characterization that I think both would fit. Vocally, I *think* he sounds more like Roger to me.
