I made myself a RENT zip up in honor of the movie. It says 525,600 minutes written in rinestones on across the bottom and then RENT written on the left by my chest. It came out really nice..but I don't have anything else to wear it to, so it just sits in my closet.
I lurked for a very long time. I came across this place by accident when I was looking for stuff about RENT. I remember reading Em's posts, and going, "Wow, she knows a lot!"
I don't remember how I came across this site. I think I googled "Adam Pascal Websites" and this showed up. I thought wow people just like me who won't make fun of my love for Adam
<--Sometimes it's easier to get out of a jam than into one
I didn't lurk for very long, I don't think... maybe a week. I joined on Nov. 2, but didn't start posting that day. I had JUST discovered Rent, like, DAYS before. Googled Adam Pascal, and this was the first or second entry in the results!

"They're singing, "Happy Birthday"
You just wanna lay down and cry
Not just another birthday, it's 30/90
Why can't you stay 29
Hell, you still feel like you're 22
Turn 30 in 1990
Bang! You're dead, what can you do?"

I didn't lurk at all, I jumped right into the conversations. Look! New icon! It was hard to change it because Anthony was giving me that puppy look, lol.
I think I joined, and either lurked and/or forgot about BWW for about a month. Then, I joined right in. It's weird to look at my older posts. I think I was quite scared about actually expressing my opinions. I think that's changed quite a bit
I'm not sure how i discovered this site. I found it a while ago but joined this year. I probably searched Adam or something related..

Katt, what was your username before? (I was really busy two weeks ago.)
Sorry if I got it wrong about when you wrote that up, Emcee. Maybe I went to bed before you posted it.
Anyway, I found this site after I'd seen Aida in August of 2004, when Adam had returned to it. I was surprised by how much I loved the show. Despite being an Elton fan, I had tended to believe the bad reviews when it opened. What really blindsided me was Adam though. He was without doubt the sexiest guy I'd ever come across. Since my work brings me into contact with quite a few movie stars, this is saying a lot.
It was quite a pleasant surprise to discover a whole thread devoted to him.
