It might just have been a preparation thing ... depending on what everyone was doing at the time they might have had more/less time to rehearse. It seems like it would be easy to me too - and some people I don't see with lyrics - but I guess it was harder than it appears. :)

Click on where is says setup, then buddylist setup, and then add buddy.

The school computers have a new kind of AIM that's all pretty. I wish I had that kind. Or the Mac version. Normal Windows version isn't as cool as the others.
