Good morning. I pleasantly woke up to the sound of my roommate's alarm as she scrambled to turn it off. For some reason she couldn't figure it out, and it just got louder and louder for about 5 minutes.

I thought she stays up late -- how did she get up so early?!

I was once so disoriented when I woke up, I couldn't figure out how to turn my alarm off for a few minutes.

I think she works Friday mornings. I have no idea what time this happened at, since I just slid farther under my blanket and tried to make the sound go away.

That would annoy me! For some reason my roomates alarm went off at 645 everyday even though she didn't wake up until 8 on TF and 10 MTh. It was very annoying, especially since my alarm was just on my watch, beeping not cery loudly at all. Hers was some overture that was very very loud.

Ugh, alarm clocks. I'm so afraid of the loud noises my alarm makes that on the days I have to use it, I usually wind up waking up at least 10 minutes before it's scheduled to go off so I can turn it off and not have to hear it (plus, it goes off an hour before my roommate's does on those days and I don't want to disturb her sleep).

I'm so conditioned to hate alarm clocks that if I hear one like... on a commercial on TV, I get shivers!

heh. Company is SO... okay, it's trippy. I feel like they might dress Raul in hippie clothes or something.

That wouldn't be such a bad thing, Em. Sparkly Pants! Is the show still going to be set in the 70's, or are they going to update it?

Not a clue. Personally, I don't know if it would have the same... flavor? if they updated it, because of how the music sounds, but.... oh, God, I'm imagining Raul in like... bell bottoms and a really ugly sweater like they wear on That 70's Show.

BUT, considering where Doyle went with Sweeney... he might set this in like... outer space.

Haha! It is kind of a trippy show, isn't it? I don't picture the characters as hippies, though, more like... hmm.... well, kind of the upper-middle class married people '70s style. Raul in bellbottoms would totally crack me up, though. Sparkly Pants!

It's definitely going to be an interesting show, especially with Doyle directing.

SS -- the sweater vest type? He looks cute in sweater vests!!

*cracks up at the thought*

The first time I saw Chitty, I honestly had laughing fits like every other minute, just because it was Raul, and anything was funny. I should behave at Company.

Yeah, that's what I picture when I listen to it, although I really have NO idea. I need to go try to find pictures from previous productions!

I just got the music the other night...and yeah, it's trippy. I think Raul will do a good job with it though.

I hope someone gets a video of it or something. Sparkly Pants!

He's going to sound like sex personified, and my mother is going to have to peel me off of the seat.

He is going to sound amazing. He has the perfect voice for that part, and given that he already sounds like sex personified singing anything else.... well, yeah.

(Sorry in advance for stretching out the page)

Oh my GOD! My roommate and I were watching TV the other day, and this commercial came on for some sort of sports-related product (I honestly can't remember whether it was for Nike or Gatorade or whatever). My roommate spent the whole commercial whining about how much it bothered her, and then at the very end of the ad, an alarm clock that sounded just.like.mine went off. I put my hands over my ears and practically curled up into the fetal position in my chair.

I go to sleep early for once in my life, and I miss Anthony posting. I'm never going to sleep again. I miss all the good stuff.

And I can't believe they thought Nun Adam was real. Wow.

What was the deal with the Sallybrown/Namo freakout that I'm hearing about? Would anyone care to elaborate?

And yes they did. Very sad.
