Forgive me for making fun of people, but look at this post from the IMDB board:

i wonder if the Rent cast is as close as The Sound Of Music cast? except i know that the Sound of Music is older then Rent (both versions) but still.. and even if He was gay (which he's not) would it matter? he's still hott and seriously a good singer.. but one thing remains to be seen, is he coming out with a new CD this year? and even gay guys or gay girls are really nice. I know some people that are gay, and their soooo sweet..

I hope I didn't sound like that when I was 13.

Thanks for the link, Mandi. I just realized that I wasn't logged in. I suppose he and his wife don't have a problem with people seeing the photo considering she uploaded it, but still. Weird. The people in the AP community are getting on the annoying side anyway.

Oh God, I cannot.stop.laughing at that IMDB post, siamese. I think it's the completely serious use of "hott" that kills me. It's been so long since I saw that in something said by an actual teenybopper instead of in something said to mock the way teenyboppers talk.

WORD. In the past week, it's become so "OMG, we're so much nicer than all of the other Rent-related communities! Yay us!"
Some of those people are going to hurt their arms from patting themselves on the back so hard.

CS, they're discussing Adam. And BG... I know! Someone on the Rent IMDB board was all, "I'd totally date Roger... I want his hott bod!" Not that there's anything wrong in some innocent fangirling once in a while, but I'm so used to the facetious teenybopper talk that I forget some young teens actually do type like that.

And yet I continue to read the IMDB boards! Le sigh.

They are cute. I don't really mind kids, which is good because I'm going to school, once I finish this stupid history degree, to work in daycare.

Sorry, I know I always go on random LJ tangents here, but I had to say something to this:

It's not even just that! It's the influx of "HI I AM NEW HERE AND I LUV ADAM!" posts. I don't need to see five random people at once say that they love Rent and Adam in an overly long post each day. The only posts on there now are intro posts and "please upload this file for me" posts. So irritating. I love BWW so much.

Em, I'm with you on the kids. I'm not a fan of kids in general, but they're absolutely adorable. Although, to be honest, I don't think either one of them looks too much like Adam!

Edit: Haha, funny people just posted commenting on their resemblance to him! I guess I don't really see it. ::shrug::
