Thanks.
I love that song!
I love that song!
"Nothing's lost forever. In this world, there is a kind of painful progress. Longing for what we've left behind, and dreaming ahead."

So, I dropped off my computer today. It looked so sad when I left it on the counter.

No idea. They're going to call me once they run their tests.

Chloe, I can't find the others! Katt has them.
Wine & Vision actually produced a demo CD? I hope the webmaster didn't spend TOO much money on it. Heh. It's awesomely bad. Thrill of the Chase sounds like a perfect BSB song.

We'll have to be sure Katt puts them up when she's back online then.
So my questions got answered regarding W & V - it was recorded in 1990, probably while Adam was still 19, and I would imagine some of the songs had been written earlier, so that explains some of the content.
Also, the personnel is the same as Mute, except that the Mute bass player is missing.
I expected it to be early. Adam has more vibrato, which is typical of young male voices, and then there are the lyrics...

Whoa, what do I have? I'm confused, heh. I haven't read this thread in a while!

Katt, you're supposed to post the shirtless pics. You know, the ones with the bad hair.
The lyrics certainly sound as if they were written by a 18/19 year old. It's kind of endearing -- I mean, he's trying.

It is cute. And he got better!

What does everyone think of his lyrics now? I think I've said this before, but I feel they're pretty good. Some rhymes seem kind of forced (e.g. "cry/guy"), and I certainly don't think he's the best lyricist ever, but he's not bad at all.

I was rocking out to Adam last night. I made an mp3 of everyone's recorded solo stuff. I couldn't rock out to Anthony, made me sad.

Oh!
That's with Kristen Lee Kelly, if it hasn't already been mentioned.

I sincerely think he's a good writer. Kinda cryptic sometimes, but good.

I agree, Em. I was just going to mention something about that. I wonder if he's occasionally cryptic because he's private or it's just his style of writing. Maybe it's a bit of both.
to Katt.

Lexi, I could post those awesome London pictures also, if you want.

Are those the ones where he looks 80? I would probably have to say no, if only to protect the eyes of the readers. :P

Well, I was talking about Adam's hair, but I guess it applies there as well...

Thanks Katt! Are there London pictures other than the Rent promos and production ones?
There are a couple of other good pictures with Kristin Lee Kelly, but I'm not sure where to find them any more. He looks a little wild-eyed in some of those.

Those pictures I posted were from 2000 actually.
And yes there are, but trust me...you don't want to see them. He looks like an old man because of his hair.

Chloe, were you talking about these?

I swear he's wearing the same necklace there as he did on this tour (not the orange one, but the other one).
Aw, I'm listening to "Remember My Name" and it's kind of... sad.

Yes! Thanks. My pictures are a mess right now. When I got this new computer, I was in the midst of organizing them, so a lot of things weren't very... organized. Then when I copied them over, most of the icons for them got extremely small so that I can't tell what they are, plus they were reordered alphabetically in whatever folder they happened to be in. The result is chaos.
I like this one a lot:
There's one necklace that Adam's worn forever. I'll look for the one I mean.

I don't get the big deal with Kristen Lee Kelly.
