Piano (for 15, nearly 16 years), Guitar (for 7 or 8...I'm just good enough to fake out and sound good, I would hardly say I'm by any means outstanding)...
Stuff I had to learn for school and can play relatively well: violin, euphonium, trumpet, flute, alto sax, oboe (worst experience ever, would be an understatement), basic percussion

I've never played the piano, but I wish my parents had enroled me into it, but it was either ballet or piano.
*Cheers for anger Croatian dance teacher who throws her dance shoes at students*

wow Amber, that's impressive.

Joy of being a music education major, having to be somewhat proficient in a bunch of areas. If you can read music, you really can figure out how to play anything, after a basic intro.
*pokes*
Aight, I'm off to bed...I get to drive 3 hours bright and early before the sun comes up tomorrow. Joy? Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!
Good night Amber.
Is anyone doing anything intersting for Easter? I'm going to a restaurant in Central Park with some relatives.
Adam's myspace scares me.
I'll be studying for the exam I have early Monday morning.
I'm going to my aunt's house, and then coming home to do homework. Fun times.
Going back here...
I do sing, but I don't like to because I'm very shy about singing. Not about guitar, but singing. Yeah, it's weird. All my friends think I should take voice lessons because they think I'm good, but I'm not so sure. Maybe next year if I have time. *shrug*
700 is nothing. :P I transfered over 2000, and I still lost some. I want my computer. I promise I'll stop complaining ... when I get my precious back. Poor langstonhughes is sick and all alone.
Poor thing.
I played piano, flute and sang in the choir.
I've been playing guitar for almost 4 years I think.
I am making myself a promise to start playing trumpet again this summer. I miss it so much.
I have a feeling I need to clean my clarinet. I have a feeling it smells like Raspberry Rum.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it.
I'm going to my brother-in-law's family lunch. Isn't it sad that my sister's in-laws (who technically have no relation to me) invite me to their family gathering, but my own FATHER doesn't invite me to his wife's family dinner?
I played the pocket trumpet....6ish years ago. It's the trumpet...only smaller.
Today my family (which included my mom, dad, one sister, my grandparents, two of my cousins, and my aunt and uncle) are going to my mom and aunt's cousin's house. We're going to eat...and swim in the pool.
Pocket trumpets are so, so cool. I almost bought one a few years ago, actually, but then.... why would I need two? They sound the same. If I was going to spend the money, I figured I'd be better off buying a piccolo trumpet.

I almost broke my tooth trying to eat my chocolate bunny's ear.
I think I'm going to call up my grandmother today and see what Yiddish widsom she has for me on this fine Easter Sunday.
I play clarinet I still love it, especially playing in pits or Broadway music. My friend took me to Colony yesterday and I couldn't help myself and I bought a Les Miz clarinet book, a Webber clarinet book, and I couldn't believe it, a Leonard Bernstein clarinet book!
Playing in High School pits are my fondest memories of High School. When the lights went out, and we turned on our silly blue pit lights...gah, I loved it. I did my very first community theatre show, Guys and Dolls, recently, and I think I'm doing A Little Night Music in the fall, and someone in G&D is an off-off bway composer who is working on a show for...June I think, and may contact me about that...gah, I would be in heaven! I just love playing!
I actually recently started sax, which is coming along nicely. Once I got the hang for how to hold it and stuff--I just still have problems with the lowest notes because I need to expand my jaw much more than clarinet.
And I just started flute...I could play like 4 notes. I have a ways to go.
Good...morning!
Happy Easter to those who celebrate it! I played the flute for one year in 5th grade and I also sing in chior, but my real passion is dancing.

Happy Easter to those celebrating.
Tomorrow can't come soon enough for me--I need to be back at school. I never realize how much my life revolves around the internet, until I'm forced to spend long periods of time without it.
Also, I love that my family has to know EVERY little thing that I do. I feel like I can't take a walk to the kitchen without justifying it. Thank goodness I live away from home for 9 months out of the year...
End of angst. Hope everyone had good holidays. :)
downtowndiva, I know exactly how you feel. There's a reason I'm living on-campus this summer.
No doubt it's annoying right now, girls, but do your best to humor them. Someday you may see things a little differently.
Here's a fan photo from the last show, revealing that Adam can still look 12 at times:
Ok I have to rant- I'm so nervous. I have tryouts on friday for my school's dance team. I made it my freshman year and I didn't make it after that. It's now my senior year and I really want to make it. I'm nervous of what the other girls will think of me for wanting to tryout again. I know it shouldn't matter, but it still makes me scared. Any words of wisdom?
