I'll be good. My parents are going to go over it with me before I activate it. I have a lot of problems with instructions and rules that involve money and numbers.

There's a little place called Las Vegas that you should never go to, then...

My credit card frightens me.
Adam might possibly know my name now.

And why is that Em? (That Adam knows your name
)

Because skittles wins.
She didn't tell about this after she saw him at Cortland, but she DID ask him to sign my picture; she was like "do you remember her?" and told him that I saw him a few days ago, that my birthday was coming up, etc, etc.
So he wrote:
"To [me]
Much love & Happy Birthday
Adam Pascal"
Maybe there's a snowball's chance in hell that he remembers!

Hee, Chloe. Even if I did understand math, I probably wouldn't be sober in Vegas :P.
Yay Em.

Adam has some weird rules. If he writes your name you get much of his love, if he doesn't write your name, you get all of his love

My brother went to Vegas last summer. Even though he was only 16. Silly silly.
Who said Adam was logical?

Did skittles tell him your name as he was signing it? That would be the logical question, I suppose. :P

True.
After all, we drove UP from New York to New Jersey to see him.

Yes. She was like "Do you remember her? This is.... she's a really big fan!" (Which... well, he knows.)
Then he just made sure he was spelling it right.

Hahaha.
Em, I don't know if you're a really big fan. Big fan yes. Really big fan? Hmm...I could see where that distinction must be made.

OH, ok. I was confused. I thought you meant that he immediately recognized you in the photo. I was all, "But... she didn't tell him her name at the concert she went to! How did he remember a few days later?"
It's cool that he might know your name NOW, though.

Isn't New York above New Jersey?

Pretty much!
No, she showed him the picture and he was like "oh, yes!"

NYC is alongside northern New Jersey, but the rest of NJ is south of the city.

I was just confused about the driving up part.

Well, the part of Jersey we were in was very clearly SOUTH of New York City.

That was the point Sarah. We drove down to see him, and he was like oh, you drove all the way up to see me? With that point, I was agreeing Adam isn't that logical.

I'm not good with directions, but I was pretty sure it was south. I just figured out a couple of years ago that the streets in my city which I thought were north and south were actually east and west. My whole world was sideways.

How disconcerting for you - that would bother me, I think.
I think Adam is one of those people for whom words are more approximate than they are for others, if that makes any sense. I'm glad he knows your name now, Emcee. If you see him tomorrow, be sure to mention it to sort of cement it into his brain.

I'll probably just hug him really, really tight.
... once I let go of my senses.
