re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part nine

If I had a bread machine, I would weigh four times what I do now. I. LOVE. BREAD. I don't think I could resist a freshly baked loaf of bread. That said, I'm hoping my grandfather will let me have my grandmother's bread machine, because I want it so very badly. I will run miles every day, just so I can have that bread every day.

I just read the Cold Case thread on the main board. Am I seriously so biased that I didn't think Adam's, uh, Broadway-ness in his acting came out? I honestly don't know what he could have done with the role, especially considering the script, that he didn't do.

Like I said, I'm likely biased to the point where I can't evaluate anything objectively anymore, but I almost feel like people are trying to make small negative comments about his acting just because it's expected.

I love bread, and I'm sad when I go to a restaurant and they don't bring out a basket of warm, fresh bread before the appetizers. I even have an "I *heart* Carbs!" wallpaper for my cell phone re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part nine

I don't think it did either, Lexi, other than in a few really short moments. Plus, he's SUPPOSED to be playing an amateur stage actor, so I think the fact that he's a stage actor worked in his favor.

Pizza Delight is my favourite place to eat, because they have that free "grill your own bread!" bar. A bunch of different spreads to choose from, and three different kinds of bread.

There will always be people who will think it was bad, and people who are going to nitpick. I thought he did fine.

I am SO hungry right now. My moms making dinner, and it's starting to smell. *resists urge to eat before food is ready*

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part nine

There was one moment where I was kind of like, "ugh, Adam" with regards to the way he said a line (I don't even remember where), but other than that, I don't know what he should have done differently.

Jessica, I always love bread before a meal (with a lot of butter!) at restaurants as well.

I wasn't even going to have dinner, but I ended up ordering a stromboli from the Cajun pizza place down the block because all of this bread talk made me hungry.

This thread definitely makes you hungry! I want to bake banana bread sometime, but alas, no baking supplies.

I totally agree with you about Adam on Cold Case, Lexi.

I can make rolls and breadsticks. Those are easy. But a loaf is a different thing. The crappiest thing about breads is waiting every 10 minutes on the yeast for something else. OOH! Cold Case downloaded re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part nine

My absolute favorite restaurant serves this amazing foccacia bread with herbs on it. They give you oil with garlic to dip it in, and olives. It's the best.

Okay, so that's one french stick, four loaves fresh bread, three hot dogs, side of pineapple and hold the ham for half the table...

That's one thing I've never been able to eat. A banana. I don't know if it's the texture, the taste, or a combination of the two, but bananas are icky! :-P

But I've definitely mashed them while helping my mom make banana bread! "DIE, bananas, DIE!"

Great, now I get to listen to my mom and sister gloat *sigh*

I like most sports, but baseball's the best.

x, I would put the Yanks as my avatar too but I go to change it..and...it's Gerry...I can't bring myself to do it, to take him down.

The Yankees are there in spirit.

And I don't like hot dogs or burgers; I'm a weird baseball fan. I go to Yankee Stadium and buy/eat chicken fingers, pizza, and chinese food. Not that it's that great, but it's so awesome to be so weird as to say I'm eating Chinese food at Yankee Stadium.

Fantab, that sounds sooooo good. My dad is friends with the baker who makes the foccacia at our favorite restaurant, and sometimes he'll bring home a loaf or two as a special treat.

Mashing bananas is... fulfilling?
