Alex-- I think they are. I was bored the other day and on ticketmaster and their best seats were rear mezz unless you wanted to buy way in advance for like October or something.

I think Tarzan has a lotto, although I'd imagine it's really crowded.

I read that between 50-200 people show up for Tarzan lotto, on the main board I think.

I *might* see it this weekend since it's on TDF again. My mom told me she was busy last weekend so we couldn't go.

My mom has figured out how to record her voice and send messages to me through msn. I'm beginning to regret her becoming computer savvy.

That's creepy. If I were you, I'd turn off my speakers. How creepy would that be if you were sitting around getting drunk and then your mother's disembodied voice starts talking behind your shoulder.

Hee. My speakers were off, but I turned them on and pressed play. She just kept posting things, so I had to keep turning the speakers back on. She did start nudging me one night when I was drunk, that's when the screen starts shaking. That was crazy.

Heh...what's more unfortunate is my grandma has become computer...not friendly, but usable. It's downright frightening...and whats more frightening is somehow I got stuck being her tech support (I heard there's a virus out...what do I do?! There's always a virus Grandma...)...

I was looking at the announcement from Illinois Wesleyan announcing Adam's performance there(see my previous post) They called his album "Citizen" instead of "Civilian"

My mom's worse. She just got into computers, and she's always yelling from the other room for me to help her move the "blinkie thingy" (the cursor) down or up or whatever.

I turned the monitor off on my dad once, he flipped out because he lost his game.
My grandma doesn't like computers, she used my uncle's a couple of time to play solitaire, but she kept losing the mouse on the cards.

I'm seeing the Wedding Singer on the 22nd.
My mom knows how to use a computer fairly well, but she broke 3 printers in a span of less than a year. I told my brother to make sure she doesn't touch the new printer under any circumstances out of fear that she'll do something stupid like try to shove paper in it while it's printing (that's how she broke #2). She also IMs me all the time and reads my away messages to see what I'm doing, so I can't make them too interesting and I have to be creatively vague when I'm out doing something she wouldn't approve of (translation: anything that costs more than 30 dollars and/or involves me being on a train after sunset).

My mom called me at work last Friday because she was getting ready to leave for vacation and couldn't remember how to save the pictures from her memory card on the computer so she could wipe the memory card. Nevermind that I had students. They just sat there and giggled as I walked my mom through the steps over the phone. :) She still hasn't gotten the hang of AIM though. She write like it's a letter with "Hey Jen" and "Love, Mom" at the beginning and end!

Heh, JL. My mom types like a 12-year-old on AIM and she always insists that we end out IM conversations by typing "muah" to each other.

My mom used to IM me when we had AOL at home, but now they don't. Up until a few years ago, she was completely computer-illiterate. My dad had to start making her play solitaire just to be able to figure out how to use the mouse. Now she's back at work and uses computers every day, so she has no problems. She's even started sending me all those email forwards that have been going around since the birth of the internet. Not the annoying chain ones, but the "uplifting stories" ones that are still annoying when they clog up your inbox.

My mom occasionally sends me the joke forwards, most of which aren't all that funny.

I talked to my great aunt on AOL IM a few years ago. She would take about 20 minutes to type "My friends and I got a van from the church to go to bingo on Thursday nights" Yeah, I'm not kidding.
I got so annoyed with my mother's slow typing on AOL IM that I would give up and call her.

Hey Angela, I've been trying to figure out how to see this too. Since he's on the show for half an hour and sings two songs, I imagine there'll be quite a long interview too. Someone on IMDb posted that there was a streaming version from their site, but I haven't figured out where it is yet.
Oh, and whoever was looking for a stage RENT picture of Adam with his guitar, there's a huge HQ one from the London version over at Adam Pascal Online.
