I think he's just more mumbly on the CR than he was live. Or something. He tends to slur his words, which is like... the ONE thing that bugs me about him. But then when he speaks, he enunciates so well, that he always sounds a little British!

I didn't know what was being said in 30/90 for a looooong time.

Hee, Em, I just noticed your sig. There were so many good lines in that play; I really want to get a copy of it just to be able to appreciate them all again.
And am I a geek for actually googling "giardia"?

It was always one of those songs that I just sort of made sh*t up so it would sound like I was singing the right lyrics... at least to me.
You'd never heard of it before? It's mostly something pets get, actually... since they eat weird stuff.

I try to read through lyrics while I'm listening to something for the first time. It makes things easier.
Nevermind Rach, I tried again and it worked.
I'm trying really hard to get myself to Red Light Winter.

I wonder if my school's library has any Adam Rapp's plays or The Normal Heart... I should check.

I should probably look too, since I'm sitting in the library...but I doubt it.

30/90 is my 3rd most-played song on iTunes.
Em, my only pets in life have been a frog and a goldfish. I don't think they get giardia. And I was actually googling it to make sure I was spelling it right.

*naps*
I love how I've read.... 27 pages since I've been here. it's annoying that I can't get myself to get to work earlier, because once I get started, it's not SO awful.

My university's library has a lot of plays. I started to make an effort to read more plays recently and kind of exploring that area of the library, so I just kind of stumble across them. I've been checking out every play by a one modern (i.e. still living) playwright in a row. Adam Rapp was back in December, I stopped during break and now I'm on Tony Kushner.
I'm also dying for an excuse to use the word "burgeoning."

I started to read The Pillowman yesterday. I'm sad that I didn't see it.

I honestly almost worship Tony Kushner. Brilliance personified, seriously.

I love Tony Kushner. I need to read more of his stuff. Any recomendations?

You gave up on one? That can't be good.

Why did you give up on it?

It's over a week late, and I never found any sources for it, despite looking all over. The amount I have for it just doesn't seem worth it.

I think I'm going to keep a Post-It Note on my desktop, with an "Inspiration IMDB.com quote of the day" on it.

I try to read through lyrics while I'm listening to something for the first time. It makes things easier.
Same here (especially because if I don't, I'll have whatever incorrect lyrics I think I heard stuck in my brain forever).
it's annoying that I can't get myself to get to work earlier, because once I get started, it's not SO awful.
Story of my life. I can't tell you how many times I've spent an entire weekend dreading a particular homework assignment and building it up to be a nightmare, but then finishing it in half an hour or less once I finally gather up the courage to tackle it.
Atrias, that is hysterical, mainly because the 1 after the long string of exclamation points suggests that the IMDBer was pressing down on the Shift key the whole time she was typing that when she could've just hit Caps Lock once.
